told me she had lots of photos of products
she’s purchased from me on her Facebook page.
She sells the most lovely candles in Mexico
and has purchased countless candle holders and
other pieces from me over the last few years.
I wish she had an Etsy shop, because she has candles
I know you all would love, but at least you can
be inspired by the photos of her candles.
It’s her “time to shine”!
Here are just a small sampling of them.
She’s a fan of silver plated items,
so she’s purchased many pieces from me,
including these pretty serving tongs and butter dish.
I’m in love with the candle with the breadbox on it!
Ah…I loved that pretty silver creamer!
Everyone knows I’m a fan of antique advertisements,
so I adore these candles. They look so beautiful
when the fire illuminates the images.
She often purchases vintage jars and bottles from
me. Here’s a grouping she purchased. Wait until
you see what she did with one of these bottles…
She uses the bottles to
make a mold, from which she creates the candles.
Aren’t these great?!!
I couldn’t tell you how many old brass candle holders
I’ve painted and distressed for her over the last few years.
These are just a very few of them.
Sometimes I combine pieces, like a base for a candle holder
which I painted and distressed, then added an
antique dish to the top. This is how she’s used it.
I am loving these postcard candles and the
beautiful postcard backdrop she created.
Isn’t this dress form candle the cutest?!!
I love the French style pillar candles as well.
I remember that silver tray…it sure looks chic now!
Some of the many antique bottles she’s purchased from me.
Again, more painted and distressed candle holders.
I really love getting to see them used to display
her lovely candles in such a pretty vignette.
If you’d like to see more of her candle
creations, visit her Facebook page.
Let’s hope she’s able to get the details figured
out to be able to sell in the US, because I think
her candles would be a huge hit here!!
Blessings,
Those candles were the grooviest! But how could you ever burn them? Thanks for highlighting them on your blog. Keep up the great work!
Wow…she is talented and is creating very lovely, unique pieces. Thank you for showing them to us.
Wow, she does need an Etsy shop. I love the breadbox candle as well.
Angie, it must be so exciting and gratifying to see the things you sell being used in such a unique and beautiful way! Her candles are just lovely, thanks for showing us.

Oh, my! I had never thought of candles as art before, but she has taken them to a whole new level! My favorites are the postcard and vanity table ones.♥ I love how beautifully she displays candles in a specific theme with non-candle items in the same theme… so pretty.
Thank you for sharing these gorgeous photos (and your customer’s talent) with us, Angie.: ) xoxo
