As I was sitting at my kitchen table, brainstorming the theme for this week’s edition of Farmhouse Friday, I looked up, and it was staring me right in the face!
I saw my Upcycled Farmhouse Cabinet, and realized that I’ve made a lot of cabinets, cupboards and shelves, and since those are things every home needs, it would make a great theme.

I love this rustic farmhouse cabinet. Using crates as drawers really makes it unique. I wonder if I could talk my husband into trying to make one like it. 🙂

Oh, I remember that little barn-door cabinet…I am still in love with it today! I’ve been seeing a lot of cabinets utilizing crates as drawers…I think they look sooooooo smart…makes me wish I’d taken cabinet-making so I could make one myself! The one thing I could do myself is to use stools as shelves…never thought of that one before, but I really like the look and I’ve got quite a few stools here that need a purpose other than looking pretty. Thank you for this Farmhouse Friday, chockful of wonderful ideas and yummy eye-candy!
