Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Are any of you planning to hit any Black Friday sales?
I stopped going to stores on Black Friday years ago.
I don’t do super late nights, crazy early mornings, crowds, or packed parking lots.
I’d much rather shop online, stay home in my sweatpants, and eat leftovers all day. 🙂
Whether you love Black Friday sales or prefer to stay home like me, I’ve got several wonderful giveaways for you today, as well as online sales and unique gift ideas for everyone on your gift list.
Let’s start with some really unique gift ideas.
We all have people on our gift list that are hard to buy for, and we have other people who just love out-of-the-ordinary gifts that you won’t find in big-box stores.
Uncommon Goods is the answer for gift ideas for anyone on your list.
Uncommon Goods was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. They run all their operations out of the historic Brooklyn Army Terminal.
Half of the items they sell are handmade by artists and designers, and about one-third of their collection incorporates recycled and/or upcycled materials.
They invited me to do some online shopping, and I had the best time deciding what to pick.
My daughter loves unusual gifts, so I shopped for her.
I am very impressed with all the items I selected for her and can’t wait to see her face when she opens her gifts!
She’s been wanting a bonsai tree, so I got her a Japanese elm bonsai specimen tree.
She loves waffles, so I had to get this fun keyboard waffle iron. I had to resist the urge to try it myself.
She adores cats and has shelves full of books, so I know she’ll love the Cat scratch bookends.
Be sure to sign up to receive their emails so you don’t miss their secret sales.
