I’ve been cleaning like a mad woman for the last several days, in anticipation of m parents visit. I always worry about them making the long drive, but they arrived safely this afternoon, and it’s nice to finally sit down and just relax with them. I’m looking forward to the next two weeks, and have several projects I hope my mom will help me work on!
This old bread bakery advertisement came from the same 1920’s high school yearbook as the clothing store advertisement I shared a few weeks ago.
This bakery was a local company in my community, but it’s no longer in existence.
It’s such a cute ad, and would be adorable as kitchen wall art. Just print it and frame it!
It could also be used as an image transfer, so I’m including the reverse image as well.
Let me know if you do something fun with it!
So cute! I’m saving this one.
Thank you, Angie, this is so cute. Thanks also for the idea of looking in old year books, I’ve got my mom’s and dad’s! And I was wondering what I would do today!
We live in Southeast Iowa, just north of Quincy. I remember this bakery from years past. Neat! Thanks for sharing.
Really like this ad Angie. Hope you find something to use it on soon.
Thanks for sharing,

Thanks Audrey – it’s so cute, so I hope I figure out a way to use it too!
This is just darling…the little girl looks soooooooo happy with that giant loaf of bread, too! Oh, who am I kidding…I’d be grinning like the Cheshire Cat if I was making off with a giant fresh-baked loaf like that, too…and probably running like mad so no one could get any…hehe! Thank you so very much for sharing this sweet graphic with us…I can hardly wait to see what you’ll do with it!
Thank you so much, love this image. I have old yearbooks too, gotta see what I can find!
That is a great graphic. Thanks for sharing it (I will file it away under the “find something to do with this!” category.)
Thanks David – I hope you think of something fun to do with it!
My grandpa worked for Bueter’s! I will be using this on a future project!
