seed packet printables & shop talk

In between working on several new projects on Monday, I kept running out to the mailbox – waiting to see if the mailman had brought some beautiful antique seed packets I ordered.

If there was a “who has the brownest thumb in the world” contest, I’m pretty sure I’d be a top contender, but I still adore flowers and anything with flowers on them, so I had to buy these seed packs.

They are originals from an early 1900’s seed store, and the images on them are so vibrant and pretty. Free printable antique flower seed packages - KnickofTime.net

There are four seed packets to choose from – Dahlia, Lobelia, Mixed Stocks (not sure what those are, but they are pretty in the picture!, and Balsam – you are welcome to print just the ones you want, or all of them (click on the download link below).

  5. I feel compelled to report that I just killed a cactus. A CACTUS! I didn’t know that was even possible. So I think I may have bested you in the “brown thumb” category.
The graphics on those seed packets are awesome!

    • LOL – I’m pretty sure I’ve killed those too, David! I seriously don’t know why I keep buying real flowers, and do’t just buy fake ones, but I love the real thing so much. I always just feel a little guilty, because I know when I buy them that their days are very numbered! 🙂

  6. Kim Mullan says

I love the seed packet printable. Any chance you have found one with hydrangeas on it? I love just stopping by to see what your are writing about each day. Thanks for all of your ideas.

  7. There is such color and loveliness here! I’m rather into flowers these days and what a wonderful addition this will be to a garden collage or some of my current swap projects! Thanks for sharing the seed packets and for all the lovely inspiration!

  8. You are so generous Angie-thank you. I will use the seed packets to make a banner for my yearly ladies garden party
