Make an easy Farmhouse Garden Spring Grapevine Wreath in just minutes using all supplies from Hobby Lobby. It features greenery & small galvanized items perfect for farmhouse decor!
Supplies Needed:
All were on sale or purchased with a coupon of course.
- Grapevine wreath
- Small galvanized decor
- Bow
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Aren’t these mini galvanized pieces just the cutest? They were all 50% off, as well as the wreath.
First of all, I just laid them on the wreath to see if I needed any more. It was more than enough because I wanted to add greenery and a bow. I ended up not using one of them.
Next I attached the bow with the greenery underneath.
The bow had twine wrapped around it, so I used that to tie it to the wreath. The greenery was tucked into the wreath with some hot glue to secure it.
If you’re good at making bows, you could make your own. I still haven’t learned to make a decent bow, but I had one already from Hobby Lobby and just used that.
I buy lots of bows from Hobby Lobby, JoAnn Fabric, and Walmart. Hobby Lobby carries the burlap bows in various places throughout the store. They have larger grosgrain bows in various colors by the shirts and tote bags. They are meant for cheerleaders, so they have an elastic band on them that you can just cut off. Walmart has them in the fabric department by their ribbons in various colors also.
Wired ribbon was added for a hanger. Then the cute galvanized pieces were added with hot glue.
A few more greenery sprigs were added to the watering can and milk cans, and a smaller bow was added to the hanger.
Couldn’t be easier!
So, what do you think? Crazy easy, right!

That is so cute, Angie! I love the simplicity of the decorations. I especially like the galvanized watering can. I can make bows but I’m not sure about making them with the burlap. For some reason I think that might be harder than with ribbon. Don’t know ’til I try. Thanks for the wreath idea. I will add it to my Pinterest page of wreaths.
