Aside from being the scents of spring & summer,
what do they all have in common?

These are all scents that
Krissy of PiixlWix Candle Company
incorporates into her handmade candle & perfume products.

Krissy kindly sent me a few products from her line to sample,
including her new summer fragrance “Good Vibrations”,
which is a blend of Yuzu, Pineapple and Jasmine.
I’ll be honest, I have no idea what yuzu is,
but it sure smells great with pineapple and jasmine!
(okay…I Googled it – it’s a Japanese citrus)

I love that her candles come in reusable 8 oz. glass Mason jars, and
the metal lids have a “daisy” vent on top, so even when
the candle isn’t burning, you can enjoy the scent.

She also sent me some of her soy wax melts.
The scent I received is a combination of Fresh Bread, Green Apple and Vanilla.

I have to tell you, I may never actually melt these,
because when I removed the wax melts from the container,
I realized that my hands smelled absolutely wonderful,
and the wax melts felt really soft and almost creamy.
I proceeded to rub my hands and even my rough elbows
on them and think I  just discovered my new favorite
skin cream!  I’m sure she didn’t intend them to be used
that way, but it feels like a really rich moisturizer
on my elbows and nothing has made them feel smooth before!
