Just link up {required}
to this week’s
Knick of Time Tuesday party
and leave a comment telling me your all-time
favorite book.
That’s it…you are in!
A winner will be randomly selected
and announced at next week’s party.
Take a look at some of the
wonderful submissions from last week’s party.
My husband installed a new front-loading
washing machine in my house last night.
As thrilled as I am to have it,
that doesn’t mean I enjoy doing laundry, but
Patti and Paula from Ivy and Elephants
gave us an inspiring and beautiful
look back at the way women did
laundry in the past.
If only my front-loader looked
half as gorgeous as this clothes-wringer!
If only my front-loader looked
half as gorgeous as this clothes-wringer!
My youngest son and I
went on a field trip
to an apple orchard last week,
so the gorgeous photography of
Karen from Brayton Homestead Interiors
really caught my eye.
She lives in a lovely old homestead
and sets a cozy fall table with pottery made in her
town of Somerset, MA and vintage linens.
Deliciously beautiful!
{Would you believe those aren’t real apples?!}
And I just love the creativity that
Liz at Rose Vignettes demonstrates
when she takes vintage Calendar Tea Towels
and gives them timeless appeal
as bags and Bible covers.
Just love them!
Just love them!
Thanks so much to each of you who entered last week.
You all are so gifted and I really
enjoyed getting to “know” you

Due to unethical websites stealing content, I can no longer provide a full RSS feed. I work too hard to produce original and inspiring content to have it stolen by others. Thank you for your understanding – I appreciate each one of you that take time out of your day to visit Knick of Time!!

Hi Angie,
I want to post with you, but can’t find where to link. Am I missing something, or am I just too early?

I posted 4 times. I never have too many stacks of books! Enter me in your giveaway…maybe someday I will win and you can deliver them and see my house!
Oh, and my all time favorite book has to be Gone with the Wind.
I love the way you use tattered old books as decor and I am copying this trend at home and lovin it.
My all time fave book must be “Who moved my cheese” by Dr Johnson – The simple story reveals profound truths about change that give people and organizations a quick and easy way to succeed in changing times.
Anonymous is Sumayaluvvintage. That’s the only way I can comment without having to create a blog or some other link:)
Thanks for a stunning blog and featuring my little table and box:)

Beautiful projects! We went to visit Apple Orchards too last Friday, love this time of year. Hmmmm, favorite book? That is a tough question, I have LOTS! Pick one, let’s see….”To Kill a Mockingbird”. Extra fun because my daughter is reading it now for school. Love the giveaway!
I am enjoying this new party! I linked up today! I think my favorite book is “Redeeming Love” by Francine Rivers…this is a life changing story! Thanks for the chance to win a book stack!
hugs,
Linda
Linda at A la carte stole my fave book! wow! how crazy is that!
Redeeming love or Pride and Prejudice!

I love this linky party! Fun. My favorite book of all time is “The Boxcar Children”. Yes a childrens book. It started my lifetime love of reading – almost anything & everything.
Love the theme for your party, Angie! I’ll have plenty of posts to link in the future. It seems most everything I work on is a “rescued object from the past.” 😉
Thanks for hosting this fun party! And my all-time favorite book is The Holy Bible.
Hugs,

I have too many favorite books to just pick one, but one of them would be either The Forgotten Garden, or my mother’s books Home Always Beckons and Trails of Change.
OMG Angie, thanks so much for the feature. I am truly honored. I do actually love that laundry wringer as much as I do my modern washing machine…lol.
My favorite book is Breath, Eyes, Memory by Edwidge Danticat. Amazing book that will leave you breathless.
Thanks for hosting another fabulous party!

Hi Angie! I’m just loving your new party! Thanks so much for hosting it. I have a couple favorite books ~ “Out of Africa” (love the music in the movie, too!), and “Rooms”. Both inspirational and moving… ♥

Hi Angie,
Love your blog brings back memories.
Thanks for hosting, I don’t know how I missed it this week, but glad you sent me an email. My all time favorite old book is the KJV Bible–next it would have to be something like Jane Austin or Gaskel anything:)
Fun party! As a child my favorite book was Mr. Pudgins, and I also loved The Boxcar Children series. As an adult my favorite book is Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. Love the giveaway, too!
Olá!!! O seu blog é muito lindo mesmo… amei!!!
