I like a room to slowly give up it’s secrets. The longer you are in it, the more details should show.
Great answer!
You do a great job with your vignettes and photography, Angie.
Yes, I love things like that!! But I need to spend a little more time arranging them so that they look special. Tons of old books around here, so it’s not like I don’t have the subject matter. 🙂 Beautiful photos!
I like to bring in plant material (all seasons) as folks can walk past beautiful dried sunflower heads in our yard and never notice but once brought inside and made into a wreath for the dining room…they get noticed.
Good morning. I couldn’t locate your email address, Angie. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had my cuppa coffee yet! Wanted you to know you are one of the three features in my Creative Bloggers Of The Week I do each Saturday.

The color and texture of your book spines are very striking! My eyes are typically drawn to what ever is on a nearby table first, then the walls, next the shelves. But I am a man. I am sure my wife would have said something different, lol.
I truly enjoy visiting your blog.
I love the book stack and I have to add … I have a crush on that clock sitting on the stack!!!!! ♥
Angie … love your title to this post …
It IS all in the detail and you have captured it in every picture.
I notice that you do the same thing with your pictures for your Etsy store and that is why you have a good track record of sales and positive feedback. You make the item look interesting because of the little details you add to the item you are selling.
You are so creative.
Blessings,
