Writing My Name on It

Generally I bring home things for
my shop, but here are the things
that are keepers – and my name
is going on them!

For starters – who in their right mind,
gets rid of these adorable baby mittens?
Well, I’m just glad they were out of their mind,
because I paid a whoppin’ 50 cents for them!

And this old bike basket…is mine!

This cobbler’s shoe form is heavy
enough to be a door stop – love it!

I positively filled my van on Tuesday
night at the auction house and my office
is a disaster now, but it’s the pleasant
kind of disaster – like on
Christmas morning, when there
is wrapping paper littering the floor!

See the Rubbermaid totes?
I got 5 of them and all of them are
filled with antique magazines – mostly from the 50’s.

I also got a huge lot of vintage sheet music.

And some cool old table legs

 Terrific vintage leather suitcase

 a couple of old windows

 an antique medicine cabinet door
{there’s a possibility we’ll keep it}

There’s no auction next week,
because it’s right after Christmas,
so I HAD to fill up this week, right?

Have you written your name
on anything this week?
