I’m pointing fingers today!
These fun vintage clip art images came from the advertising section in an 1800’s Peterson’s Magazine. They could be used on To-Do Lists, menu boards, or even used as a pattern for a sign.
The original page was very worn and tattered, and I almost threw it away, when I noticed the pointing fingers, and had to scan it first.
The original image was sepia colored, but I converted it into black and white, as well as colored variations, and also single hands. If you need another color, just open the black and white image in Picmonkey and choose the color you want.
Let me know if you find a fun project to use any of these on!
A heads-up that on Friday evening, I have a wonderful giveaway coming, so be sure to come back to enter!
Also, if you noticed on my sidebar, I’ve organized a mega link party with 29 awesome bloggers. The theme of the party is BEST of DIY, including crafts, projects, and home decor, that spans the spectrum from rustic to farmhouse to french country and shabby chic – a little something for everyone!
Not only will we be sharing some of our favorite DIY projects, but you get to share yours as well! I can’t wait to see all your best projects. The party starts at 8 pm on Sept. 19th, and your links will show up on 29 blogs…yes, 29! If you share your posts on Google+ or Facebook, start using the hastag #BestofDIY, and you’ll show up in our stream on both social media sites.
