Here’s a wonderful antique telephone advertisement that came from a 1910 The Housekeeper magazine.
It would make a wonderful image transfer for a sign (just remember to reverse the image first), or it could be used as-is for decoupage (on laser jet paper, so the ink doesn’t smear).
Enjoy!

Oh my, Angie, my grandfather worked for Bell for over 30 years. Thank you so much for sharing this logo…which for me is a homage to my grandfather. Cheers, Ardith
Love this one. Thanks Angie.
This is really cute! I like your idea of making a sign with it…you could maybe place it in the telephone/messages area of your house. Or anywhere, really! What a great conversation piece it would make!
Thank you so much for sharing. My hubby is a bell man.
Before I was even a thought … (when my MUCH older brothers were tiny) my mom worked as a switchboard operator for BELL, in our little Iowa town. You’re stirring up lots of good memories for us today, Angie. Thanks.
Wishes to all for a wonderful weekend.
Love this sign. Thanks for sharing it!
Many long years ago I worked for AT&T (aka Ma Bell) as an operator so naturally this image caught my eye and my fancy. I’m not sure yet what I will do with it but I’m definitely doing something!
Absolutely love the sign and I have the perfect project to use it on .
Thanks so much
Ella
