Alphabet School Primer Page – Antique Graphics Wednesday

I’m not sure what it is about antique school primers, but I absolutely love them.  The books for the youngest students, usually included an alphabet page showing cursive or script alphabets for handwriting practice, and those are my favorite pages.
These two images both came from an 1898 primer.  I think they would make adorable gift tags, or enlarged for printable instant art to frame, but tomorrow I’ll be sharing another project I think these images are perfect for.  Enjoy!
