It’s been three weeks ago today that my youngest son and I got on the train, headed for New Mexico.
It was three weeks filled with worry, heart break, and tears (read that update here), and although it was hard to say goodbye to our family, I am so ready to get home, and get back to some semblance of “normal”. If you follow me on Facebook (here), you know we had some car issues on the first leg of our journey home, but by the time this post is live, I should be home (Lord willing).
I look forward to sleeping in my own bed again, and getting back to working on new projects.
Thank you all SO much for all the condolences and prayers for my family – it means the world to me that so many of you took the time to extend such love and concern for us.
I am suffering from serious “makeitis” withdrawal symptoms, and can’t wait to get my hands on a paintbrush, or old wood, or anything that gets my creative juices flowing again.
Since I couldn’t work on any new projects while I was gone, I spent some time looking back at some of my old projects, and the ones that I never tire of working on are anything with a Milk and Cream Company theme, so I thought I’d share a round-up of some of my favorite past projects, as well as some Milk & Cream Co. projects created by other bloggers. I hope you enjoy them all as much as I do!

My first project when I’m home will be another Milk and Cream Co. project, so wish me luck that it turns out, and I’ll be sharing it this week!
If you’ve followed my blog for very long, you know I usually close my posts with
“Blessings”,
and although I still wish you blessings, in honor of my mother-law, Jeanette, I’m changing my closing to my prayer for each of us…
