Evergreens and Pine Cones

Earlier this week I shared some pretty ways to display evergreens and pine cones, so today I have some wonderful pine cones images you can use for your winter projects. These images come from an antique Field Book of Natural History.      Check more graphics by clicking on the tab “Antique Graphics and Photography Printables”, located at the top of this page, under my header. Antique Farmhouse Seed Packet Prints

If there’s one thing cold weather and winter are good for, it’s planning next spring’s garden, right? I really do not have a green thumb, and although I love gardens…I don’t want to be the one to do the work in them. I recently purchased a bunch of antique French flower seed packet labels, not really knowing what I’d do with them, I just knew I liked them. When, I saw that Antique Farmhouse was selling a set of 9 Seed Packet Prints for $182, {Read More}

Antique Graphics Wednesday – Christmas Silhouette

This pretty silhouette was part of an advertisement for fine fragrances by the Roger & Gallet Company.  I found it in a 1926 magazine. I think it would make pretty gift tags. Recently, I shared some chalkboard inspired gift tags and cards that I created and Megan @ Lilacs and Lavender created some really lovely versions of her own using my chalkboard background.  Be sure to see them all. Chalkboard Christmas Cards & Tags {printables}

I’ve been in chalkboard mode for the last few weeks, and decided to create some paper versions of them, in the form of Christmas cards and gift tags. I haven’t perfected these yet, but I do have 2 cards and a set of gift tags ready as printables.  The PDF file link is available below.  For the tags, I punched a hole in the top and added a white, adhesive reinforcement label. It looks very retro with that added. {click {Read More}

Antique Graphics Wednesday – Clock Faces

I am a clock face junkie. I like sharing them here, so that’s my excuse for bringing home a ridiculous amount of them. The backgrounds have been removed from these images, so they can be layered over other images. Right-click, save and print the image below to print the clock on one letter-size sheet of paper. No, I didn’t scan this one crooked – that’s the angle this clock face is – don’t ask me why. More vintage clock face {Read More}

Antique Graphics Wednesday – Thanksgiving Day Song

This Thanksgiving song is from an antique children’s song book called, “The Music Hour” These pages are amazingly white, given their age, but I like old-looking pages, so here it is with an aged color tone. More free Thanksgiving printables are HERE.

Antique Graphics Wednesday – Winter Sheet Music

Here’s a fun page of antique sheet music for the Christmas season.  It would make a nice background for a framed holiday photo or some Christmas projects. Blessings, View Verse of the Day Due to unethical websites stealing content, I can no longer provide a full RSS feed. I work too hard to produce original and inspiring content to have it stolen by others. Thank you for your understanding – I appreciate each one of you that take time out {Read More}

Antique Graphics Wednesday – Vintage Alphabet Flashcards

 I purchased a few sets of school flashcards from the 1960’s at a flea market this summer, with cute illlustrations on each letter card. The only problem with buying sets of flashcards is that you only receive one of each letter, but having these images, you can print whatever letters you need to form words. Flashcards like these make great banners, as well as photo props, so I hope you enjoy them. I left a little bit of a black border around {Read More}
