This advertisement for the Metropolitan Livery, which provided carriage rides for funerals, weddings and party came from an early 1900 hymnal. To celebrate the first day of spring, today I’m sharing some beautiful book plate images of birds from a 1920’s book called, “Birds of the British Isles”. Enjoy!!
